The achievements of the Caring Family Enhancement Initiative, CAFE, in human capital development has been described as one of the major backbones in the re-election of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA.

Some stakeholders made the observations during the ongoing community empowerment tour of the Governor's Wife, Chief Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano, at Nteje, Oyi Council Headquarters.
 Welcoming the Governor's wife, the Transition Committee Chairman of the Council, Engineer Nnamdi Nwadogbu, said the sustained efforts in CAFE implementation to improve the lives of the vulnerable and indigent members of the society, have fortified the APGA blueprints and given the party a solid ground for greatness.
 In her speech , Chief Mrs Obiano, who spoke exhaustively on issues of health care, human empowerment and social welfare, urged widows, youths and the less-privileged to enroll in the CAFE skills acquisition trainings, and acquire the primary skills for entrepreneurial growths.
 The Governor's wife also urged local medical practitioners to adhere to the directive by the state government that women who are due for childbirth should be directed to government-owned hospitals for proper and professional medical care.
 In their separate remarks, the Commissioner for Transport, Chief Uchenna Okafor, and the Member Representing Oyi at the State House of Assembly, Honourable Vivian Okadigbo, said the present government, through clear-cut ideologies, has satisfied the wishes of Ndi Anambra, adding that Chief Mrs Obiano's performance puts her on dual pedestal of service to God and Humanity.
Also at the occasion were the former Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Honourable Chinwe Nwaebili, traditional rulers from the five towns of the council, party leaders and other stakeholders
The tour to the council featured planting of the millennium flower tree, as well as presentation of gifts by the Governor's wife.
