A former gubernatorial aspirant in the state, Dr Ifeanyi Ubah says for the challenges of unemployment and economic development to be addressed,

educational model in the country which he said is lacking in content should be restructured.
The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA stalwart in Anambra South stated this at the second edition of the monthly mentorship moment for Anambra Youths through the DIGIpreneurHub.
The monthly programme powered by DIGIpreneurHub, a capacity development initiative, office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Empowerment and Digital Entrepreneurship, Mr. Ifeanyi Aniagoh, had over a thousand young persons from Anambra State and beyond who attended the programme.
Dr Ubah who was the mentor of the month used the Chinese model of education where students are trained alongside acquiring technical and entrepreneurial skills to underscore the need for a total overhaul of the education system in Nigeria to empower graduates with the wherewithal to address challenges facing the society and provide jobs.
He went further to call for policy redirection that will focus on maximizing the economic potential embedded in the youths of the State and the country as the only way to bring economic revolution.
The organizer of the event and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Empowerment and Digital Entrepreneurship, Mr. Aniagoh said that the purpose of creating the platform is to create an avenue for young people to develop themselves, engage in value re-orientation and become self reliant.
The Mentoring Moment with Ifeanyi Aniagoh as it is called was initiated at the last DigiPreneur week held in June this year and so far has had Mr. Stanley Ugochukwu of Stanel World as the Mentor of the Month of July.
The initiative was targeted at reaching at least one thousand young persons at each edition.
For the August Edition, Ten of the youths selected through a raffle draw will be sponsored to the World Trade Fair holding in China from October 15th in an all expense paid trip by Dr Ifeanyi Ubah.
