Ndi Igbo have been urged to unite their resources and demand for justice, equity and fairness in the Nigerian Nation.

Engineer Chris Okoye, one of the members of the local organizing committee of the forthcoming Ndi Igbo Summit, organized by Ohaneze ndi Igbo, made the call in an ABS program.
The event is scheduled to hold at Dr Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka on Monday, twenty first May two thousand and eighteen.
Engineer Okoye said that the call has become necessary to echo the need for reconfiguration of the Nigerian Nation, stressing that the current system called Nigeria has collapsed, manifested in various agitations.
He stressed that a lot of people have lost faith in the Country, which according to him, is being guided by a constitution foisted by the Military regime, saying that these, among other reasons informed the Summit to make clear, the Igbo stand.
On the reason for choosing Anambra for the Summit, Engineer Okoye pointed out that Anambra has proven to be the safest States in the federation, saying that all the South East States, and parts of Delta State will be in attendance, while other regions will send delegations on the said day.
Engineer Okoye, who discountenanced the threat by IPOB against the summit, said that even though Ohaneze ndi Igbo spoke against the proscription of the group, they should be guided by the Igbo values of respect for elders.
He further called on ndi Anambra and beyond, to grace the event to reclaim their future.
