In the same vain, the rich cultural heritage of both Nibo and Opkuno communities were showcased yesterday as the state Commissioner for Public Utilities Mr. Obi Nwankwo led government functionaries,

family and friends to condole with the family of Ben Okoli, who lost his mother Mrs. Bridget Nwakaego Okoli in Okpuno, Awka South local government area.
Mrs Okoli died at the age of ninety-four.
Among the dignities, at the occasion were the Secretary to the State Government Professor Solo chukwulobelu, Commissioners, Captains of Industry and the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the ABS Nze Uche Nworah.
Speaking at the event Mr. Nwankwo said he was at the occasion to pay condolence as the tradition demands, and appreciated the Chief mourner, Mr. Okoli for upholding his mother’s legacies and prayed for the peaceful response of her soul.
Mr. Nwankwo charged the children of the deceased to always live in unity as was taught them by their late mother urging them to bear the loss with fortitude.
